Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (Free over $50): 15-30 business days
  • Standard Shipping (Under $50): $5.99, 15-30 business days

Note: Due to international shipping from our global suppliers, delivery times may vary. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Important: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if there's a quality issue
  3. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions or a partial refund offer
  4. If you choose to return, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or approve a partial refund), we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We understand that return shipping can be expensive, especially for international orders. Because of this, we offer flexible solutions:

  • You can arrange your own return shipping and we'll refund the full product price
  • If return shipping is too expensive, we can offer a partial refund so you can keep the item
  • We'll work with you to find the best solution for your situation

For defective items or order errors, we'll provide a full refund including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Customer Protection

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

Defective Products: If your item arrives defective or doesn't match the description, we'll provide a full refund or replacement.
