How to Request a Return

- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- Include photos of the item if there's a quality issue
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions or a partial refund offer
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or approve a partial refund):
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Items without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Defective Items
